Artist's Retreat
A full home remodel for an artist/collector. The three story 1800’s colonial had undergone some early renovations but still had most of its original details intact.
Our main objective was creating a balance of old and new. We kept the interior simple, restoring original trim and hardware, but added modern conveniences like central air and lighting. We created a large opening between the kitchen and dining room, but included reclaimed accordion doors to keep the interior intimate and classic.
